After months of complaints to the airline and having the airline deny responsibility for their employee’s actions, Dave Carroll decided to fight back with Social Media including YouTube.com. Dave wrote an original song titled, “United Breaks Guitars” and it’s very catchy! It has just under 6 million views on YouTube.com. More recently than that, Dave wrote and released another song with the same subject. I think that they’re both great and there are below for your viewing pleasure.

With the power of Social Media and word of “mouse”, I have no doubt that United Airlines has suffered a lot of business. Much more than the amount that it would’ve taken for the airline company to fix or replace the guitar.
